New garage built using timber with a new flat roof.

A new kitchen extension was built to include 3 Velux sky lights positioned equally in the centre of the roof enabling light to be evenly distributed across the room. New plastic fascia and guttering were fitted to minimise maintenance.

A complete new flat roof was installed for the customer who also required additional light coming through to the kitchen. We advised lantern windows as they were bigger and more cost effective than a Velux sky window.

The existing valley on this property had split and had started to leak causing internal ceiling damage. The valley was replaced using new boards and code 5 lead.
